Job Description
- Administer occupational therapy screenings evaluations and treatments within the scope of practice.
- Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations for new admissions and referred residents; develop a plan of care with goals prognosis and discharge planning.
- Accurately complete daily billing and document resident progress in Optima HCS.
- Provide treatment using current techniques following physician orders AOTA guidelines and state standards.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
Qualifications :
- Position of Occupational Therapist requires a graduate degree from an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Program
