WHAT YOULL DO
As a Sales Advisor at H&M youll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. Youll welcome customers guide them through your store and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values youll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.
You will:
- Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
- Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
- Ensure the sales floor and back of house are wellstocked organized and inviting.
- Support with opening and closing of the store.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Alongside your team youll play a vital role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles. By building meaningful connections with customers in our stores we make fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Experience in customer service within fashion retail or similar fields.
- Ability to provide excellent customer experience in Finnish. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
And people who are
- Passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional instore experience while promoting our products and driving sales.
- A desire to develop and build a future career either in sales or visual work.
- Thriving in collaborative and dynamic environments.
- Communicative creative curious to work with store technology with a strong eagerness to learn and develop.

This is a temporary position with a seasonal contracts based in Vaasa economic area offering 10 hours per weekfor the period 2.6. 31.8.2025. The start date and duration of the contract can be agreed upon individually.
Finnish and Swedish is the language we use for communication in our stores in Vaasa so good oral and written skills both in Swedish and Finnish will be considered an advantage.
