Job Description
We are seeking experienced Class A drivers for an OTR reefer position. Drivers run 1315 days and enjoy a full three days home. Freight is 100% notouch reefer with some occasional dry van loads. 65% drop and hook.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Structure:
- $0.57 CPM for the first 2000 miles each week
- $1.00 per mile after 2000 miles
- Weekly Average: $1500 $1900
- Top Drivers Can Earn: Up to $2140 per week
- $2000 SignOn Bonus:
- $750 on the first paycheck
- $750 on the second paycheck
- $500 after six months
- CompanyPaid Health Insurance (for you & family) after 90 days
- Rider Policy: Immediate family (10 years old) allowed after 90 days
- Equipment:
- Latemodel Anthem & Mack Pinnacle trucks (25 years old)
- No driverfacing cameras
Home Time & Operating Area:
- Home 3 full days after 1315 days OTR
- Runs primarily in the Midwest Southeast and MidAtlantic
- Some Northeast (no further than Pittsburgh) & occasional West Coast
- Hiring East of I35 and North of I70 (Not hiring in WI or MI)
Driver Requirements:
- Minimum Age: 23 years old
- Experience: At least 6 months of verifiable OTR or Regional experience in the last year (Dry Van or Reefer)
- Driving Record:
- Max 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (no major violations)
- Max 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years (if no injuries jackknifes rearend or rollovers)
- Max 2 incidents in the last 3 years
- No speeding 20 mph over the limit if you have any other violations in the past 3 years
Additional Details:
- Orientation: 2.5 days $300 paid
- Trucks do not have cameras
- Drug Testing: Urine & Hair Follicle test required
- SAP Program: Drivers with past failed/refused DOT drug tests are NOT eligible
