Were looking for a dedicated energetic Barista to join us in Kansas City. As part of our team youll have the opportunity to share your love for coffee with customers while providing excellent service and creating a cozy friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
• Engage with customers in a friendly welcoming manner making each visit a great experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace including the coffee bar area
• Assist with inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Handle cash and process transactions accurately
• Support the team with various duties as needed

What Were Looking For:

• A bubbly outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Previous experience as a barista is a plus but not required well train the right person!
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A love for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft
• Reliable punctual and dedicated to creating a positive experience for customers
