As our Demand Negotiator in our Personal Injury Prelitigation department you will have the opportunity to negotiate the largest wrongful death TBI catastrophic injury and major orthopedic settlements achievable.

Impact:
As our Demand Negotiator in our Personal Injury Prelitigation department you will have the opportunity to negotiate the largest wrongful death TBI catastrophic injury and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Daily Tasks:
- Evaluate bodily injury claims through medical records and legal documentation.
- Assess potential exposure.
- Identify potential issues that will enhance case value.
- Analyze the costeffectiveness of litigation versus settlement.
- Proactively pursue settlement strategies.
- Correspond with clients providers and insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with processing case disbursement.
- Bring a teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Skills:
- At least two years of experience negotiating bodily injury claims (plaintiff or defense).
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar preferred (not required).
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling negotiations and communications with clients.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Type at least 40wpm.
- Able to maintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases.
