Job Summary:
Oracle Cloud Hospitality Production Support // (ERP/ CRM) SPECIALIST
Job Description:
- We are looking for Oracle Micros.
- Candidate must have experience in multiple full cycle implementation/Support and understanding of Oracle Cloud.
- Hospitality Modules like EMC POS Gifts & Loyalties Inventory Reporting & Analystics modules.
- This role requires functional background of food & beverages or prior experience of hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills as lot of email & phone interactions with Golf Club Managers and OMs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Production support ticket resolution on timely with SLA driven.
- PL/SQL skills & BI reporting is mandatory.
- Provide production support for the following Oracle Cloud Hospitality Modules:: like EMC POS Gifts & Loyalties Inventory Reporting & Analystics modules.
- Work with vendors Oracle for any product issue triage & other vendors on any data integration issues.
- Liaise with the development team (onshore or offshore) to communicate requirements and followup progress.
- Organize execute and supervise integration with Oracle Cloud HCM.
