Job Description
Title Stibo STEP Admin
Location Remote 100%

Job Description
- A minimum of 7 years of experience preferred in server administration and support work in cloud and onprem environments
- 5 years of experience with Stibo STEP preferably STEP Trailblazer v10 or higher
- 2 years of experience in managing STEP on Stibo SAAS platform
- Experience in Production Support Patching SSL Certificate Management Managing application server and database backups code repository management and installations Incident and Ticket Management
- Experience in troubleshooting the issue Stibo Jira ticket creation and providing the required artifacts to address the production issues.
- Good understanding of data modeling concepts Hierarchies Classifications Workflows WebUI Integration Endpoints Event Processors User management and STEP Admin tools
- Experience in Cloud Platforms like AWS and GCP preferred
- Experience in REST Messaging Middleware (MQ KAFKA etc.) File Database and SFTP based integrations
- Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Operating system Oracle Database Web/Application servers preferred
- Ability to focus and drive results as a team player.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore development and support teams
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills written and oral communication skills
- STIBO certification a plus
