Tasks
- Keep a vigilant eye on beach and pool areas to ensure smooth and safe operations addressing issues efficiently.
- Lead and motivate pool attendants and pool waiters to deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a positive environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance to ensure all equipment is in working order conducting checks and reporting repairs.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and enhance satisfaction.
- Plan and oversee engaging activities for guests at the beach and poolside ensuring memorable experiences.
- Manage stocks inventorys and supervise the beach bar service flow and operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Optional Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to pools and beach facilities
