Job Description
At Pulse Advertising we drive the future of digital marketing by delivering worldclass social media strategies for toptier brands. As our Director of Social Media you will lead and inspire our social media teams across multiple markets ensuring bestinclass execution innovation and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for refining and optimizing our Social Media Management service fostering strong client relationships and driving highperformance results across teams in Germany Italy and beyond.

Tasks
- You oversee and mentor a team of 10 Social Media Managers across different regions fostering a highperformance culture setting clear goals and providing continuous development opportunities
- You optimize and innovate our Social Media Management service by leveraging the latest tools AI technologies and engagement strategies to stay ahead of industry trends
- You act as the primary strategic partner for Tier A clients ensuring campaign success leading presentations and maintaining high client satisfaction
- You oversee all social media deliverables ensuring content campaigns and strategies meet Pulse Advertisings high standards while maintaining efficiency and adherence to scope and deadlines
- You align and coordinate teams across Germany Italy and other key markets ensuring a unified global approach while tailoring strategies to local market needs.
Requirements
- You are a proven leader with experience managing highperforming teams in social media marketing or digital advertising
- You have a deep understanding of social media trends and can translate datadriven insights into impactful strategies
- You are clientfocused and skilled at managing relationships with key stakeholders ensuring longterm success and satisfaction
- You thrive in a fastpaced international environment and can seamlessly collaborate across multiple markets and cultures
- You are resultsdriven with a track record of delivering highquality campaigns that meet business objectives
