Job Description
Job Title: Infor Erp Specialist
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Implement configure and maintain Infor ERP systems to support business operations.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Develop customize and integrate Infor ERP modules to optimize workflows.
- Perform system troubleshooting upgrades and patches for Infor ERP applications.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system by implementing best practices.
- Provide user training and technical support to ensure proper utilization of the system.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance ERP functionalities and performance.
- Develop and maintain ERP reports dashboards and analytics using Infor BI ION Birst or other reporting tools.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Infor ERP developments updates and industry trends.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in Infor ERP implementation administration and support.
- Handson experience with Infor CloudSuite LN M3 or Syteline ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Infor ION Mongoose Infor OS and Infor Birst is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as finance manufacturing supply chain HR and procurement.
- Experience with SQL databases scripting and reporting tools related to Infor ERP.
- Knowledge of integration techniques APIs and middleware solutions for ERP connectivity.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
