Job Title: IT Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone email and chat to resolve ITrelated issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues in a timely manner.
- Assist users with system setup software installation and configuration.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.
- Educate users on IT best practices and security guidelines.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in IT support helpdesk or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/Mac OS networking and software applications.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Customeroriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
- Certifications like CompTIA A ITIL or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
