Job Description
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Milford DE 19963
Pay Rate: $12/hr
Duration: 15 weeks contract
Guarantee Hours: 30
Days: Sun Mon Thu Fri Sat
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming and feeding).
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure).
- Provide mobility assistance including turning and repositioning bedridden patients.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
- Transport patients within the facility as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
- Follow care plans and report changes in patients conditions to nurses.
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in the state of Delaware (or compact eligibility).
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience.
- Prior experience in a longterm care rehab or hospital setting (preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (required).
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
