Job Description
ASC Director of Nursing Opportunity in Indiana
Ideal opportunity to manage the staff of an Ophthalmology Surgery Center so as to effectively /efficiently assure the quality/reliability of patient care and nursing function in the center and effectiveness of Medical Support Services.
Accountable for the qualityofcare patients receive performance of personnel and costeffective operations of the center.
Ensure compliance with CMS State and accrediting regulations and guidelines.
Talent for motivating teams and individuals to accomplish goals.
Strong problemsolving skills and interpersonal skills.
Works under the general direction of the Executive Director.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 35 years related experience with demonstrated administrative ability
- Knowledge of ambulatory procedures
- Must have strong leadership skills organized detail oriented and flexible
- Registered Nurse with operating room experience
- ACLS/BLS required within 30 days of hirer and PALS requested
- BSN required MSN or MBA Degree Preferred
