What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 7 years of experience in business process consulting y ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
- You are expert business process reengineering HRM (Human resource management) y project management.
- Portuguese Native or fully fluent.
- English Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
- Lead and manage the implementation of HR process transformations and ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to define design and optimize HR business processes and workflows in alignment with best practices.
- Assess current HR processes and systems identify improvement areas and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including HR leaders and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Provide handson expertise in configuring and implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules ensuring that they align with the client s HR objectives and requirements.
- Develop project plans define milestones track progress and ensure timely delivery of project components.
- Facilitate client workshops training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
- Assist in change management efforts ensuring smooth transitions to new systems and processes for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology ServiceNow and HRSD models to continually offer valuable insights and improvements.
Requirements
- 8 years of proven experience as a Business Process Consultant specializing in HR projects and ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes including HR service delivery case management employee experience and HR operations.
- Expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD model including knowledge of HR Service Delivery modules such as Case and Knowledge Management Employee Service Center and HR Performance Analytics.
- Experience with HR system integrations data migrations and system configurations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Solid understanding of process mapping and business process reengineering methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead clientfacing meetings presentations and workshops.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Based in S o Paulo Brazil and able to work onsite at least two days per week.
- Must count with CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
- Preferred: CISHR certification (Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources).
