Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies and processes for organizational design and compensation systems.
  • Administer job evaluation processes and grade updates.
  • Collect analyze and prepare data on market trends in compensation.
  • Coordinate changes related to compensation policies and organizational structure.
  • Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of internal documents and departmental data.

Qualifications :

Our Expectations:

  • A bachelors degree in HR business administration economics finance or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in compensation or organizational design (or 2 years with a masters degree).
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices analytical tools and data management methods.
  • Proficiency in Kazakh Russian and English.
