Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies and processes for organizational design and compensation systems.
- Administer job evaluation processes and grade updates.
- Collect analyze and prepare data on market trends in compensation.
- Coordinate changes related to compensation policies and organizational structure.
- Prepare analytical reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of internal documents and departmental data.

Qualifications :
Our Expectations:
- A bachelors degree in HR business administration economics finance or related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in compensation or organizational design (or 2 years with a masters degree).
- Knowledge of modern HR practices analytical tools and data management methods.
- Proficiency in Kazakh Russian and English.
