Location: Onsite Malta

Job Overview:
We are looking for Contact Centre Agents to join our team in Malta. This is an onsite position where you will provide excellent customer service to Italianspeaking clients. You will handle customer inquiries related to web services resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience. Fluent Italian and English (C1 level) are required for this role. Prior experience in customer service is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide highquality customer service to Italianspeaking clients through phone email or chat addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys web services to provide accurate support and advice to customers.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing tracking and modifying orders related to web services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and departments to ensure smooth operations and successful issue resolution.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and help optimize our services.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian: Native or nearnative proficiency in both spoken and written Italian.
  • C1 English Proficiency: A strong command of English is required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Customer Service Experience: While prior experience in customer service is a plus it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability for FacetoFace Interview: Candidates residing in Malta must be available for an inperson interview.

Documents Accepted:

  • European Passport or Work Permit for Malta.

Work Environment:

  • Location: Onsite Malta. This is not a remote position.
