About the Role
Role Summary
Bowtie Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking a proactive and creative Insurance Product Development Intern to support our upcoming product launches and enhancements in the first half of 2025. In this role you will gain handson experience in developing life insurance products for both B2C and B2B markets and work closely with various teams to drive our mission of making insurance good again.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of life insurance products tailored for individual and group customers.
- Conduct market intelligence and analysis to identify trends updates and promotional opportunities in the insurance sector.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations and engineering to ensure effective delivery of product initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for written and visual content across various customerfacing channels related to new product launches and insurance education.
- Engage in writing productrelated literature including product documents sales support kits and illustrations.
- Create and monitor timelines for the fulfillment and progress of the product roadmap for new launches and enhancements.
- Support the maintenance of a proper record system for product documentation.
Internship Duration:
Fulltime: 36 months
Parttime: 3 days per week 36 months
About You
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of market research.
- Selfmotivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus; coding skills are advantageous.
