Role Summary

About the Role
You will be working in a fastpaced organization that promotes crossfunctional collaboration to offer claims support to our customers and their loved ones.
YourKey Responsibilities Include:
- Handling the claims inquiry and providing professional reply and service to the customer
- Centralizing the customer inquiry for recordkeeping reviewing existing guidelines and future training
Shift Schedule
- You will be working 5 days per week at least 1 day during the weekend.
Roughly the composition of your task will be as follows:
- Claims enquiry 70%
- Claims assessment 15%
- Ad hoc claims project 15%
The success of this role will be measured by:
- Adequately understanding customers needs
- Solving problems / providing appropriate advice to customers professionally
- Making suggestions to increase customer satisfaction in every area of Bowtie
About you
You have/are
- 2 years of experience in handling claims inquiries (by agents or customers) in an insurance company is a must
- Bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and English) is a must
- Strong problemsolving flexibility and good communication skills with customers
- Customercentric
- Good PC skills in MS Word EXCEL and Powerpoint
And the following qualifications are preferred but not essential
- Experience in customer services in an insurance company is preferred
