Are you studying business administration engineering manufacturing or analytics and ready to hit your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2025 Do you want to gain valuable experience from corporate wide continuous improvement in an international work environment We might have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Summer Trainee Continuous Improvement to join our global business development team in Finland. Our team is providing support to group wide Lean Quality & Project management excellence networks and leading several breakthrough continuous improvement programs & skills competence developments accordingly. Your daily responsibilities include for example:
- Supporting development and roll out of Lean and Quality standards and training materials
- Helping to promote & arrange improvement events
- Building data visuals and reports
- Participate improvement events and practical problem solving
You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your daytoday activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvink with the possibility to work partly remotely.

What kind of talent are we looking for
This role is ideal for a business administration student who is eager to learn more about corporate wide development tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself but we especially value your good teamwork skills hardworking attitude and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.
What should you bring
- Preferably approaching the end of university studies
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma Quality Project management from your studies or working life
- Building data visualisation
- Targeted communication promotion
- You know how to use traditional ITprograms e.g. Microsoft Office Email etc.
