Are you doing technical or business studies in university or polytechnic and ready to hit your professional career with Konecranes Summer Trainee team of 2025 Do you want to gain valuable experience from service and asset data management in an international work environment We might have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for a Summer Trainee Service Data to join our Service & Parts Data Systems and Processes team in Hyvink. As a Summer Trainee Service Data you will be working with Service data and documentation. Your daily responsibilities include for example reading through numerous manuals to determine what needs to be inspected or maintained with intervals and conditions and documenting this information accurately. Additionally you will be cleansing and updating asset data. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your daytoday activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The job is located in Hyvink with the possibility to work partly remotely.

What kind of talent are we looking for
This role is ideal for an engineer or business student who is eager to learn more about master data management. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself but we especially value your good teamwork skills hardworking attitude and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.
What should you bring
- Academic background in technical or business studies at a university or polytechnics (preferably 2nd4th year studies).
- Excellent ability to read and comprehend English text. Other languages are seen as an advantage.
- Positive handson attitude with good analytical and selfdirection skills and a customer and serviceoriented mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and absolute accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in using traditional IT programs e.g. Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Email etc.
- Previous work experience in similar tasks is beneficial.
