We are Hiring Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Nurse Practice Development to a leading Nursing Home in Dublin Ireland.

We are Hiring Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Nurse Practice Development to a leading Nursing Home in Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that residents or patients receive highquality care in accordance with Healthcares goal vision values and strategic plan.
- Recognise the resident/patient as an individual and prioritise their rights needs and comfort when providing care.
- Create relationships with residents/patients that promote autonomy informed choice and evidencebased decisionmaking.
- Promote and maintain resident/patient safety and quality care while respecting their privacy dignity and rights.
- Maximise the residents and patients ability to exercise personal liberty and choice.
- Assist residents/ patients to maintain their sense of identity and include them in decision making whenever possible.
Requirements
- Must have experience as CNM / ADON
- Minimum three years of postgraduate experience with at least one year at the CNM level.
- Acute nursing experience.
- Registered with the NMBI
