Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Russellville AR

Our client a leading global automotive supplier is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values innovation diversity and community engagement while delivering cuttingedge solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR leadership fostering a culture of accountability trust and innovation.
  • Oversee talent management programs including DEI initiatives performance management and succession planning.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide expert guidance on policies and best practices.
  • Coach and advise employees and leaders on staffing performance and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws industry standards and company policies (e.g. IATF ISO ISMS).
  • Lead engagement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in company culture and HR processes.
  • Manage HR operations including team leadership budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a fair and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (HR certification preferred).
  • 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing with leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards; automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools with advanced MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication organizational and analytical abilities.
