Our client a leading global automotive supplier is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values innovation diversity and community engagement while delivering cuttingedge solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership fostering a culture of accountability trust and innovation.
- Oversee talent management programs including DEI initiatives performance management and succession planning.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide expert guidance on policies and best practices.
- Coach and advise employees and leaders on staffing performance and career development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws industry standards and company policies (e.g. IATF ISO ISMS).
- Lead engagement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in company culture and HR processes.
- Manage HR operations including team leadership budgeting and resource allocation.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues while maintaining a fair and compliant workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (HR certification preferred).
- 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing with leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Indepth knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards; automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools with advanced MS Office skills; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication organizational and analytical abilities.
