Job Description
As a key member of our Front Office team you will serve as our guests personal point of contact during nightly operating hours from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel and the Anantara brand you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests all with the utmost courtesy efficiency and friendliness. Your main tasks are monitoring nightly arrivals conducting the night audit preparing required reports and billing the guest at the end of their stay. You celebrate the art of hospitality and your commitment to our guests is reflected in our equally caring treatment of you.
Qualifications :
- You have successfully completed training in the hotel industry
- You already have valuable experience in the front office
- Your communication is always characterized by friendliness and appreciation
- You celebrate the art of hospitality
- English are a matter of course for you
- You are characterized by a high level of quality awareness and service orientation
- Teamwork and mutual support are core values for you
- Your positive charisma and your very good manners round off your profile
