WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading and executing strategic crossfunctional projects independently or through your team.
- Conducting complex analyses to provide actionable insights and factbased recommendations.
- Preparing and facilitating materials for decision forums and meetings.
- Training and coaching colleagues in structured problemsolving workshop facilitation change management and other key project management skills.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has 35 years of experience in toptier management consulting or similar roles in the industry; retail experience is a plus.
- Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities including experience in coaching and providing feedback to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Is a structured problemsolver with an analytical mindset capable of creating factbased analyses and recommendations.
- Possesses excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities for both yourself and your team.
- Communicates effectively setting clear directions for project teams and engaging with all levels of the organisation.
- Is known for building trust and strong relationships becoming a reliable advisor.
- Brings high energy and quickly grasps new business areas adding value as a sparring partner.
- Has excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel and is fluent in English; Danish is an advantage.
