Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:
- Provide legal assistance and advice to all departments and company directors.
- Monitor and interpret regulations relevant to the companys operations (corporate commercial trade law consumer protection competition labor law etc.).
- Represent the company in negotiations and relations with legal entities law firms government authorities and organizations.
- Represent the company in court proceedings including litigation enforcement bankruptcy administrative cases and inspections.
- Draft general and individual legal acts for the company including all types of contracts.
- Provide legal support to the Tender Committee in preparing documents and contracts.
- Collaborate with the HR department on interpreting and applying labor laws and other employmentrelated regulations.
- Participate in drafting general and individual labor law acts.
- Monitor internal processes and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
- University degree in Law (VII educational level).
- Minimum 1 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
