JYSK is continuously expanding into new markets and we are now looking for ambitious Graduates to join our internal development program in Flow of Goods at our Head Office.

WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
The Graduate programme lasts 24 months and will challenge you both professionally and personally. You will gain valuable insights into the Flow of Goods process within a global retail business focusing on key areas such as:
- Demand planning
- Supply planning
- Outbound planning
Through these rotations you will develop both detailed expertise in planning processes and a broader understanding of how JYSK ensures efficient product flow across markets.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
To succeed in this role you need to be structured analytical and proactive. You should enjoy working with data and problemsolving while being comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has a Masters degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Is ambitious eager to learn and ready to take on responsibility.
- Has 12 years of relevant experience from a fulltime or student job.
- Is a fast learner who can quickly understand new business areas which enables you to participate in discussions with factbased arguments.
- Is comfortable collaborating and establishing good relations with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and across cultures.
- Has a structured and analytical approach to tasks.
- Communicate fluently in English both written and spoken.
- Has strong Excel skills.
- Ideally has a commercial mindset with an understanding of how retail businesses operate and generate profit.
