As a Product Owner you will oversee the complete lifecycle of the GAIA 2 sustainability reporting tool built on Schneider Electrics Resource Advisor. This includes managing both the application lifecycle and its development whether handled internally or through external providers. Your mission is to bridge business needs with technical features.
Key responsibilities include:
RUN (Maintenance & Optimization)
- Ensure the solution complies with internal standards controls and regulations (e.g. GDPR Privacy Policy).
- Prioritize improvements based on business needs translate them into user stories and maintain an uptodate backlog.
- Oversee hosting and manage functional and technical thirdparty providers.
- Manage softwarerelated contracts support and licenses.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide weekly reports to the Sustainability Community lead.
BUILD (Development & Evolution)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align the solution with business strategies.
- Define and execute a roadmap ensuring scalability performance and sustainability of the tool.
- Plan budget and lead the execution of complex projects.
- Participate actively in software design architecture and development.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Incorporate new technological trends and best practices into feature development.
Qualifications :
With a degree in IT engineering business project management or equivalent you have significant experience as a Product Owner including:
- Managing sustainabilityrelated applications (water energy carbon tracking waste).
- IT process management (incident problem change).
- Leading application teams.
- Working with ServiceNow and Azure.
