Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced social media specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy across all social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist (Community Management) to lead activation and management of Wynn Las Vegas social platforms. You are up to date on the latest trends and storylines in entertainment nightlife and social media and are a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who has a proven track record of creating a brands voice in a highly collaborative environment. You have a passion for social media entertainment and an ability to creatively use Wynn Las Vegas social platforms in ways that support Wynn Las Vegas priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the brands goals and objectives with an emphasis on Meta Instagram and TikTok inboxes.
- Create and manage social media campaigns that drive engagement reach and conversions on Meta Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Monitor and manage all social media accounts including Twitter Instagram TikTok and Meta.
- Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers to build a strong community with an emphasis on Meta Instagram and TikTok inboxes.
- Monitor social media trends news and competitor activity to identify opportunities and areas of improvement on Meta Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing PR and customer service to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize campaigns with an emphasis on Meta Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns including targeting ad creation and optimization with an emphasis on Meta Instagram and TikTok platforms.
- Stay uptodate with social media best practices and trends to ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry innovation on Meta Instagram and TikTok platforms.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in social media with a focus in entertainment nightlife or luxury brands preferred
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Proven ability to sift through large amounts of data identify critical information analyze and make recommendations
- Passion energy and enthusiasm for the entertainment and lifestyle space
- Deep understanding of social media pop culture music entertainment news and industry trends
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strategic and creative thinker who can proactively problem solve
- Ability to multitask
