Job Description

Salary:
$25 $31.09/hourly
Summary:
Responsible for planning and scheduling the Field Service Technicians for installations repairs and maintenance work. In addition this position will be expected to identify opportunities for additional leads and upselling a broad range of other service products.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain cases workorders and workflow of the customers request of service.
- Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customers information and equipment.
- Schedule an appropriate time for service.
- Send quotes order confirmations and invoices to customers.
- Continuously audit mature cases work orders bookings NAV Report and posts.
- Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling monitor the closing out of open orders.
- Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department.
- Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department.
Qualifications :
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years customer service or dispatching.
