Job Description

Role Summary:

The Sales Account Manager has responsibility to handle Middle Market customer comprising of Channel sales CSM Direct Customer Corporate Account generate  new accounts business growth area coverage technical support New Channel Partner recruitment . He should provide support to channel  Partner  to get the sales and train to their service engineers. He should meet the operating plan and  will be responsible to collect payment and  to maintain DSO . He has to travel complete  East Region and Bangladesh.

Essential Responsibilities

  • The Sales Account Manager   provides direction and assistance to channel in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity and resolve issues through immediate action or shortterm planning.

  • Focus on VeoliaWTS  CSM (Cooling Boiler Waste water Membrane Chemicals) Selling and  to expand and maintain customer accounts with Channels and corporate Account.

  • Provide Technical training input to channel team customer trouble shooting Value generation and value selling at customer site.

 

  • Actively listen to customers/Market  needs and provide effective technical service to resolve issues and inquiries

  • Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions geographical coverage meeting End User/OEM   for assigned territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers using SUEZWTS technology to solve identified water treatment Product needs

  • Partner crossfunctionally within organization to optimize our solutions offering.

Key Skills required (must haves):

  • Industrial Sales with Water Industry and Corporate sales experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of industrial applications for product lines including the assigned products and their markets

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Integrative team working style

 

 


Qualifications :

 

Bachelors Engg degree or Diploma/Science.
