Job Description

The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a worldclass commercial organisation experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core solutions. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe.  Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses Middle Market Clients Large Corporate Clients Multi Nationals and Governments.  We work closely with Issuers Merchants FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services.  We believe that the market is at an inflection point whereby Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world. 

 

This Senior Manager Commercial Product Solutions is responsible for technical solutioning to support strategic initiatives such as eInvoicing and innovative new product development for VCS. The position will provide expertise to solution for new areas of opportunity that may include new use cases FinTech constructs or verticals. As the payments landscape rapidly evolves its imperative that we have specific deep knowledge of our capabilities to drive solutioning leveraging VCS as well as products and services from the broader Commercial & Money Movement Solutions and ValueAdded Services teams as well as key partners to bring the best of Visa and to ensure delivery of bestinclass solutions for our clients and partners.

 

You will work closely with clients internal stakeholders and external partners to translate market needs into actionable product strategies. This role requires a resultsdriven professional who excels at managing complex projects and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional that understands both the business and technical aspects of payments and has a track record of delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. The Senior Manager will work across Product teams to define go to market approach collateral and ensure market readiness. This role requires strategic thinking innovation collaboration and problemsolving skills. The candidate must be creative and handson have a bias towards action and inspire others with their vision.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the scoping and technical solutioning of eInvoicing solutions and other new commercial and product concepts.
  • Conduct focused workshops and discovery sessions to gather insights and define solution requirements.
  • Develop detailed requirements and business cases and collaborate with Product teams to prioritise resource effectively across initiatives.
  • Translate client needs into actionable plans that guide internal product development efforts.
  • Identify common client needs and develop solutions leveraging the best of Visas and thirdparty partners capabilities.
  • Partner with Sales Marketing Product and Engineering teams to align on solution delivery and define gotomarket approach collateral and ensure market readiness.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress challenges and outcomes.
  • Confidently present and articulate the business value of proposed solutions to business managers and executives.
  • Collaborate with diverse internal and external partners to develop sell and deliver solutions.
  • Partner with Sales and solution teams in region to close deals identify bestinclass ways to implement existing products to solve new business problems and capture requirements for areas that require development.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

  • Expertise in invoicing ISVs commercial payments and familiarity with market needs and trends.
  • Proven ability to drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Works independently with limited supervision. Must be able to influence teams in a matrix environment to get things done effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communications. Able to communicate complex technical concepts in a focused and wellorganised manner.
  • Innovator who can create new solutions using outofthebox thinking and Visas full product and solution set.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges explore new ideas and be flexible with changing priorities.
