About the positions: 

• Operator: Operating the manufacturing equipment assembling and inspecting products and adhering and Boschs established policies and procedures.

• Production Technician I: Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to meet safety and product quality targets according to Bosch standards and procedures

• Production Technician II: Identify trends analyze equipment and machine problems perform necessary adjustments identify root causes and initiate corrective actions

• Tool Maker: Machine components to exact specifications using conventional and CNC machines. Select the appropriate tools and materials ensuring precision through effective programming and inspection techniques.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Operator starting pay $21.18 plus $1.35 shift differential 
• Technician starting pay $29.56 plus $1.35 shift differential 
• Tool Maker starting pay $31.64 plus $1.50 shift differential

Qualifications :

OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with supervision and other personnel
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel)
• Must be able to function in a noisy and fast paced environment
• Demonstrates selfinitiative

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN I QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machining
• Strong technical aptitude with a basic understanding of pneumatics hydraulics print reading and mechanics
• Proficiency is Microsoft Word and Excel
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
• Highly motivated and selfdriven

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN II QUALIFICATIONS:

• Mechatronics training preferred
• Background in electrical/electronics with experience working with PLCs drive systems and related technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly or machining
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to supervisors and colleagues including creating clear technical instructions
• Ability to function effectively in a noisy fastpaced environment
• Demonstrates selfinitiative and a proactive approach to tasks
• Mechanical proficiency leadership ability and teamwork skills are essential

TOOL MAKER QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Completion of a toolmaking apprenticeship or 5 years of toolmaking machining experience required 
• Journeyman status is highly desired
• At least 4 years of experience in precision machining including turning milling ID (Internal Diameter) OD (Outer Diameter) and surface grinding
• CNC programming experience is required
• Expertise in using various measurement tools including ID OD depth micrometers height gauges and manual CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine)
• Strong understanding of technical prints including geometric dimensions
• Working knowledge of materials including tool steels aluminum and stainless steel
• Experience with material heat treating including tempering
• Ability to function effectively in a noisy fastpaced environment 
• Experience with Wire EDM and conventional EDM is a plus
• Proficiency in computeraided machining (CAD/CAM) is a plus
