Job Description
- Work closely with our customers to drive requirement gathering for digital engineering products ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of realtime data utilizing advanced analytics tools and methodologies.
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes developing forwardthinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project with attention to transparent communication at all levels including stakeholders team members and endusers.
- Perform evaluate and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability and optimal user experience.
- Conduct indepth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights resolve conflicts and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Perform costbenefit analyses for proposed digital solutions and present findings to senior management for decisionmaking.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending potential applications to enhance business operations.
- Provide training and support to endusers on new systems and processes ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to leverage advanced analytics machine learning and AI technologies in business process optimization.
Qualifications :
Minimum requirements:
- A few years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
- Proven analytical abilities
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications including Visio
- Proven capabilities in project and usertesting management
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
- Extensive experience with data visualization
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or Computer Science
