Job Description
- Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests and the attainment of the departments qualitative and quantitative targets
- Conveys the hotels image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude
- warm and friendly welcome availability and frequent presence in the field.
- Enhances guest satisfaction
- Develops close relationships with guests to encourage loyalty
- Ensures guests receive a warm and personalised welcome
Qualifications :
- Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage with previous similar work experience
- A team player hard worker and detailoriented
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of operation
