Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Contribute to the development and lead the adoption of our Technology Portfolio process and tooling as an integrated part of our operating model
- Act as the product owner for Technology Portfolio Governance
- Establish lean governance mechanisms to facilitate agile prioritization and decisionmaking of technology investments across Ramboll
- Conduct portfolio reviews analyze risks and ROI across the portfolio
- Collaborate with our Technology Architecture Technology Product Owners and other key stakeholders in developing and maintaining Rambolls technology portfolio
- Establish comprehensive reporting on Technology portfolio
- Drive continuous improvements on portfolio tooling processes and adoption within the organization

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED IN YOUR ROLE
- You are able to think strategically and able to align technology portfolio with overall business objectives
- You possess strong analytical and decisionmaking skills
- You are well versed in assessing technology business cases
- You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations
- You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues to learn through knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills possessing the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to drive decisionmaking and influence stakeholders to prioritize portfolio investments based on business value
- You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office
- You are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles focused on technology management
- Experience in Product management and Agile/SAFe are a plus
