Job description:
Mandatory skills:
- ServiceNow ITOM CSDM & CMDB ITSM SPM consulting.
- Able to build Architecture & strategic Roadmap for ServiceNow modules and requirements.
- Ability to identify and convert new work packages for Wipro in ServiceNow.
- Very good presentation planning and execution skills
Roles & responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis:
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze customer requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Solution Design:
- Develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that address customer requirements.
- Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with best practices.
- Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Technical Guidance:
- Provide expert advice on ServiceNow capabilities and limitations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop roadmaps for ServiceNow adoption and expansion.
- Align ServiceNow initiatives with the customer’s longterm business strategy.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for customer teams.
- Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Perform regular reviews and audits of implemented solutions.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and processes.
- Ensure all project artifacts are uptodate and accessible.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
