Qualifications and Skills
A qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in managerial role within an NBFC or financial services environment
Strong knowledge of financial regulations risk management and accounting principles.
Exceptional analytical strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
Language expertise: Proficiency in English is mandatory
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning: Develop and oversee budgets forecasts and financial strategies to support business goals.
Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines statutory filings and regulatory requirements specific to NBFCs.
Treasury and Cash Flow: Manage daytoday cash flows optimize fund utilization and oversee loan disbursements and collections.
Risk Assessment: Monitor asset quality evaluate financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements MIS reports and insights for board presentations and decisionmaking.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with banks lenders and investors to secure funding and maintain strong relationships.
Audit and Governance: Manage internal and external audits while ensuring full compliance with financial policies.
Team Leadership: Guide and supervise the finance team to achieve operational excellence and collaboration.
System Efficiency: Enhance financial software utilization and implement efficient processes for financial operations.
Strategic Growth Support: Provide insights and recommendations for business growth new product strategies and cost optimizations.
