With a community of talented and creative freelancers they aim to transform businesses while making freelancing more accessible and efficient.
We are looking for a Visual Content Specialist who can bring fresh creative energy to their brand through engaging video and visual content. This role involves producing original short and longform videos and social media assets that align with their brand identity. Youll need to visit the office 12 days a week while the rest of your work can be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Video Content Creation: Editing and producing videos in various formats (short vertical long horizontal etc.) brainstorming new concepts with the founding team.
- Visual Design: Designing social media posts and marketing materials while staying true to the companys established visual identity adding creative innovations using Canva and other design tools.
- Content Ideation: Researching trends in the freelancer ecosystem and new work models to generate attentiongrabbing content ideas.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Working closely with the founding team to execute content plans adapting to fast feedback loops and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
What Were Looking For:
- Video Editing Experience: Proficiency in video editing software and strong storytelling skills.
- Design & Creativity: Ability to create compelling digital designs that align with the companys brand while incorporating fresh trendy elements.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work 12 days per week in the office maintaining strong communication remotely.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
