Are you an SEO powerhouse ready to take full ownership of a highimpact role
Were looking for a Senior SEO Manager with 7 years of handson experience (including 34 years in a senior or leadership role) to drive our organic growth strategy from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to own the entire SEO function end to end setting the vision and executing highlevel initiatives. Plus were gearing up for a major brand name change and domain migration making this a highstakes highreward challenge for the right candidate.

What Youll Do:
SEO Ownership & Leadership Be the goto inhouse SEO expert driving strategy and execution with complete autonomy.
Domain Migration & Rebrand Lead the SEO transition during our brand and domain change ensuring minimal impact on rankings and traffic.
US Market Growth Optimize for Englishspeaking (preferably US) ecommerce/DTC brands with a track record of 100% YoY organic growth.
AI & Emerging Search Trends Stay ahead of Google updates Generative AI search (Gemini ChatGPT Bard) and evolving SERP features.
MultiChannel SEO Strategies Expand visibility beyond traditional search using YouTube Reddit Quora and niche communities.
DataDriven Decision Making Leverage GA4 Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog and more to track performance and optimize effectively.
Collaboration & Communication Work crossfunctionally with developers content teams and marketing to align SEO with business goals.
ScaleUp & Problem Solving Thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment while tackling complex SEO challenges.
Who You Are:
SEO Veteran 7 years of handson experience including 34 years in a senior or leadership role.
US Market Specialist Deep understanding of ranking factors and user behavior in the US market.
Technical SEO Expert Strong grasp of site architecture redirect strategies and SEOfriendly infrastructure.
DataObsessed Comfortable running SEO experiments tracking KPIs and translating insights into action.
Strategic & Tactical Ability to zoom out for strategy while also executing detailed optimization tasks.
GrowthOriented Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling organic traffic and revenue.
