Our client is a fastgrowing tech company that specialises in providing custom eSIM solutions helping businesses offer seamless data connectivity for travellers. They eliminate the need for physical SIM cards ensuring global connectivity for travellers.
They are looking for a highly experienced Paid media Specialist to support both their B2C initiatives. The candidate must have global campaign experience (Europe or USA).
Role Overview: Our client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their Marketing team. This role is integral to driving customer acquisition lead generation and revenue growth through expertly managed performance marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will oversee campaigns across Google Ads Meta TikTok LinkedIn Twitter and Apple Search Ads ensuring optimal ROI. There is also the opportunity to explore new channels as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage highperformance campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design creative databacked campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor analyse and report on campaign performance metrics including performance and brand metrics.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance continuously.
- Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 Vercel Clarity and Appsflyer to assess campaign success and derive actionable insights.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using Looker Studio MetaBase Excel and Google Sheets to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Stay up to date with paid media trends conducting regular competitive analysis to benchmark performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless brand experience across channels.
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Experience running global campaigns with a strong understanding of localisation.
- Expertise in setting up and managing events in Google Tag Manager.
- Strong background in campaign execution optimisation and reporting across paid media channels.
- Proven track record of maximising campaign performance through creative optimisation targeting and bid management.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4 Looker Studio Appsflyer MetaBase Google Sheets and Big Query.
- Experience with retargeting platforms (e.g. RTB House or Criteo).
- Advanced understanding of ad platform tools (Google Ads Meta Ads Manager etc.) pixel management GTM tags CAPI and other tracking solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and campaign optimisation.
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a collaborative approach to sharing insights and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads Meta Ads and other social media platforms are a plus.
