BS Degree Holder
A minimum of 12 years experience in electric utility industry manufacturer or with consultant performing work with emphasis on preparation of Standards / specifications and review of bid proposal & base design package quality assurance & quality control engineering for Substation utility related projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC system) in the HV substations field.
Must be familiar with International Industry Standards such as IEC IEEE ISO NFPA ANSI and SEC standards (TMSS TES TCS TSD )
Thorough experience in the preparation and effective implementation of standards and specifications for substations with good working experience in the use of national/international codes and standards and also for the resolution of substations site related problems.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written in the English language
Good experience in use of Personal Computer (PC).
