Our sales team builds longterm customer relationships based on trust helping companies digitize their traditional processes. We are a leader in our market providing software solutions to enterprise customers in the metals and mining industry. Sebastian (our CoFounder) is your hiring manager and Vanessa is your recruiter.

Your mission

You have a knack for understanding customer needs and showing how our solution makes a real impact.

Your Tasks:

  • Own the first stage of the sales cycleidentify qualify and engage potential customers worldwide
  • Make an impact through outreachcalls emails and direct engagement to build relationships
  • Help shape the deal flowlaying the groundwork for successful sales cycles
  • Present solutions that mattershow customers how Metalshub solves their challenges
  • Be handsoncreate presentations build materials and actively contribute to business growth
  • Represent Metalshub at international industry events and networking opportunities

Your skillset

  • Experience over yearsfirst experience with enterprise customers and outreach is key
  • Resilience & positivityyou know how to handle rejection and keep going
  • Strong communicatoryou enjoy engaging with people and influencing decisions
  • Growth mindsetyoure eager to learn and develop into a fullcycle account Executive
  • Tech savvycomfortable working with CRM systems (Pipedrive Salesforce HubSpot)
  • Proac tive & hands onyou take initiative build whats needed and make things happen
  • Fluent in English (C1)
