are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets we are seeking a collaborative senior trading operations expert (f/m/x) who wants to design the best customer experience with our augmented traders and software engineers. we promise your daily work will never run out of challenges.

as part of our handpicked team of experts you
- take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets especially battery storage systems
- understand the Austrian and German regulatory requirements of each grid operator in terms of wholesale markets and ancillary services markets
- make sure power is flowing the right way and all aftertrade processes are working
- support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate prequalify and onboard flexible assets like battery storage for crossmarket optimization
- coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create the best customer experience
- optimise and automate processes
- and discover and eliminate operational risk.
Requirements
how you fit into the team
you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively and
- have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in shortterm power and ancillary services markets
- have firsthand experience in TSO guidelines and requirements for prequalification for battery storage systems
- value excellent team spirit startup culture and creative freedom
- preferably bring some coding experience
- have a background in energy industry trading operations
- have great communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
- are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
- are fluent in English and German other languages are a plus
- have a detailoriented and structured way of working coupled with a handson mentality
- and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
