Requirments
- Retail FMCG or Hospitality related business leadership experience
- 5 years Senior business management experience
- Strong business acumen
- Solid experience read interpreat and put improvement processes in place based on Financial data
- People person
- Above average communication skills

- External supplier relationship management
- Well organised and structured working methodology
- Stock management skills
- Labour relations management skills
- Solid experience understanding payroll systems and process
- POS systems experience eg Pilot
- Business development experience
- Business degree would be an advantage
- Hospitality qualification / experience would be an advantage
