Job Overview:
This is a fulltime remote position. Compensation is $135K to $180K AUD base (based on experience). We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Marketing Director. In this role you will be responsible for driving and implementing our marketing strategies and managing a team of Marketing Specialists. You will be driving our expansion into new market segments overseeing the recruitment training and people management of the Marketing team and ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across all new markets. We are seeking a selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment and has a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:
Proven track record of growing a business from startup stage to 50 employees.
Bachelors degree in business management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or market expansion preferably in a marketing or salesdriven environment.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Proven track record of successfully entering and growing new market segments.
Indepth knowledge & solid experience in various marketing tools (SEO CRM Content Social Media Email Data Analytics) and campaigns (paid and basic ads webinars events).
Excellent communication presentation and people management skills.
Ability to develop and enforce quality control standards.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
