Job Description
A Vice President of Corporate Secretary for a BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) in Jakarta holds a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing corporate governance managing communication with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle 3 subordinate:
1. SM. Corporate Communication
2. SM. Tata Kelola
3. SM. Chief of Staff (Office of the Board)
- Ensuring compliance Ensuring that the BUMN complies with regulations and disclosure requirements
- Supporting the board Providing information to the board of directors and board of commissioners and assisting in implementing and administering board policies and meeting minutes
- Managing documents Administering and storing company documents including the register of holders
- Communicating with stakeholders Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders including shareholders the media and investors
- Supporting the board of directors Helping to organize board meetings safeguarding corporate documents and supporting the board of directors tasks
- Supporting corporate social responsibility Supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives
Excellent communication skills and good administrative and time management skills. They should also have high integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics.
