Job Description:

• Lead the establishment of academic programs.
• Maintain and elevate academic standards to ensure compliance with national and international benchmarks.
• Drive curriculum development oversee research initiatives and mentor academic staff.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the universitys growth and longterm sustainability.
• Foster partnerships with industries and international institutions to enhance collaborations and build the universitys reputation.
• Align university goals with advancements in technology business strategy and market trends.

• Ensure strict compliance with government regulations pertaining to higher education.
• Stay informed about relevant educational policies and integrate them effectively within the institutions framework.

• Organize and mobilize teams to drive institutional growth and innovation.
• Promote tolerance pluralism and inclusivity within the university community.
• Demonstrate integrity and strong managerial skills to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Placement: Central Java.
• Education: Doctoral degree (S3 preferred).
• English Proficiency: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Higher Education Management Experience.
• Must have held a structural leadership position such as Dean Vice Rector or Rector.
• Minimum rank of Associate Professor (Lektor Kepala) Professor is highly preferred.
• Business Development and Strategic Planning Expertise.
• Proven ability to advance six new study programs and lead initiatives including the planned establishment of a medical faculty next year.
