Job Description

Property Manager
Cockfosters
£32000 £35000 base salary (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday 9am 6pm

Our client a well known sucsessful estate agency across North London are currently looking for a new Property Manager to join their team!

We are seeking a motivated organised and detailoriented Property Manager to oversee our residential portfolio. This role involves delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards and fostering strong client relationships.
Previous experience in a property manager role is essential.

You will be responsible for :
  • processing letting applications
  • tenant referencing
  • property maintenance
  • tenancy renewals
  • rent arrears
  • preparation of tenancy move outs and move ins
  • safety certificates
  • routine property visits
  • answering the telephone
  • booking appointments
  • various additional admin work.
The desired experience for this role:
  • Driving Licence essential
  • ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
  • Previous property management and/or lettings experience
  • Strong customer service and admin skills
  • A good communicator with excellent grammar
