Job Description
Care Assistant (Days/Nights).
- £11.61 per hour PLUS £2 enhancement* for overtime
- Full time 33 hours per week
- Shifts: 8am – 8pm or 8pm to 8am
- Day shift or Night shift available

As a Care Assistant at our home your role may involve:
- Undertaking any necessary training
- Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with daily activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbies preferences and abilities
- Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’
What are we looking for
- A positive outlook and a warm personality
- Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector experience is beneficial but certainly not essential!
- Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
