We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of excellent service to clients ensuring their satisfaction managing client relationships and driving the success of client accounts. Responsible for marketing strategies that drive brand awareness lead generation and business growth. This individual will collaborate with various internal teams manage marketing campaigns and oversee market research efforts to ensure marketing activities align with company goals. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing customer engagement and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Brand Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for client accounts building and maintaining strong longlasting relationships.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs challenges and goals ensuring alignment with company offerings.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their satisfaction gather feedback and identify opportunities for additional services or improvements.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.
- Issue Resolution & Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly managing escalations effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client issues are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Identify market trends customer needs and competitive insights to develop effective marketing plans.
- Oversee the creation and management of digital social media content and email marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Manage endtoend marketing campaigns from concept to execution ensuring they align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with design sales and product teams to create compelling marketing collateral and messaging.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts ensuring deliverables meet established standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in marketing management or a related field with at least 12 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing SEO content creation and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to inform decisionmaking.
- Proficient in marketing tools and software (Google Analytics CRM systems email marketing platforms etc.).
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
